J.H."Buddy" Raspberry Scholarship Fund
The J. H. "Buddy" Raspberry Scholarship Fund was established by the International Longshoremen Association and the West Gulf Maritime Association in memory of their beloved leader and friend. The Port of Houston Authority has also become a partner with the ILA and the WGMA to enhance the opportunity of education for or future leaders.
